The address
Most "not working" searches come from an old address going dark; the addresses page lists them, and this address is the one to keep. If it will not load now, switch the phone between Wi-Fi and mobile data, because a filtering network is the usual cause, and wait a few minutes if it loads on neither.
Unstyled pages
The black page is missing and the text runs edge to edge: the stylesheet did not arrive. Reload once; clear the site's data if it persists.
Search stuck at Loading results
Scripts are blocked; allow them for this site. The A-Z list and the shelves work without them.
Watch now shows nothing
Change the country menu; a title on no service in your country shows its options the week one licenses it. A bad-gateway message belongs to the service's own player, and reloading it or picking another service from the list fixes it.
The login problem people search for has no answer here, because there is nothing to log into: My List lives in the browser.
